Robert Noyce Teacher Scholars Named
果冻传媒 ASCENT-STEM program recently awarded three scholarships through its new $1.2 million grant from the U.S. National Science Foundation鈥檚 Robert Noyce Teacher Scholarship Program. Recipients include McKenna Clark 鈥26, Savannah LaMar 鈥26, and Charity Perry 鈥25 who are all pursuing degrees as secondary STEM teachers.

Author and award-winning podcaster Susan Burton will be the keynote speaker for the Allen J. Koppenhaver Literary Lecture as part of the 2024-2025 果冻传媒 Series, now in its 40th season. The event begins at 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 28, in Weaver Chapel, and is free and open to the public. Burton鈥檚 address is titled 鈥淭he Stories We Tell About Pain.鈥
