Kenneth W. Goodrum is an experienced educational leader with over 25 years of service dedicated to student development, organizational leadership, and community engagement. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, brings a deep commitment to equity, belonging, and student-centered success.
Kenneth is a graduate of Central State University, where he earned a B.A. in History, and Wright State University, where he earned his Master's in Education with a specialization in Education Leadership in Student Affairs, Higher Education Administration. Throughout his career, Kenneth has served as, administrator in both K-12 and Higher Education, football coach, and as a mentor. He has also created mentoring programs that consistently focused on creating and supporting environments that empower individuals from diverse backgrounds to thrive.
In addition to his leadership in education, Kenneth has extensive experience as a public speaker, presenting at professional conferences, leadership summits, leadership trainings, commencement ceremonies, and a 2017 TEDx presenter.
Kenneth is a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and remains actively involved in service and mentorship initiatives. His leadership philosophy is grounded in relationship-building, purposeful impact, and developing others to reach their fullest potential. Ken also finds joy in life鈥檚 simple and creative moments such as cooking, DJing, reading, enjoying video games, or coloring. With everything that he has achieved, Ken says his greatest accomplishment is being a loving husband and father to his four sons.
